Online payments will incur the following processing fees:

  • $3.50 - Online Payment Fee
  • Transaction Fee - 2.95% of Payment Amount ($1.00 minimum)
• eCheck
  • $1.00 - Online Payment Fee

If you have a waiverable ticket and you are paying this ticket in full on line, you are entering a plea of guilty and waiving your right to contest the ticket and your right to trial. A record of the conviction will be sent to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. 

 If you have a waiverable ticket and are only making a partial payment, you are still required to either pay the ticket in full or appear in the Akron Municipal Court or the Clerk’s Office by the date listed on your citation.  Failure to pay in full online or failure to appear in person by the date on your ticket may result in your license being suspended or a warrant issued for your arrest.

PLEASE NOTE: Probation Fees and Restitution payments cannot be taken on-line and must be paid by mail or in person.
